SRC 108: Drive (1997)

The Cinematic Flushers take on a cyborg Jackie Chan!  When a martial artist (lackluster Mark Dacascos) shows up on the the run in America with an artificial device buried in his chest that gives him enhanced abilities, it's up to token black sidekick Kadeem Hardison and the late Brittany Murphy to keep him from getting killed.  Endless fight sequences and lame one liners to follow.
